BY SEA:

The Isles of Scilly Steamship Company's Scillonian III sails Monday to Saturday from Penzance to St.Mary's from Easter until the end of October. The crossing takes about 2.5 hours.

Fixed wing:

Skybus, the islands' own airline flies year-round from Land's End and Newquay to St. Mary's and offers seasonal services to Bristol, Exeter and Southampton.

British International provides year-round service from Penzance to St. Mary's and Tresco. Flights take approximately 20 minutes.
